Ss Philip and James Parish Hall is a wonderful facility in the heart of Whitton that is perfect for hosting a range of functions, including parties, meetings and conferences. We have a fully-equipped kitchen, high-quality sound system, and tables and chairs so you can organise the room exactly as you need to to suit your event. We would love to welcome you. 

 

If you would like to book the hall for a one-off party or private function, you can check whether it is available for your preferred date(s) by clicking the button below.

The hall hire charges are £30.00 per hour, with a minimum 3-hour hire period for one-off events. You can add extra time in increments of 15 minutes and all bookings must include time for setting up before your event and clearing away afterwards ready for the next user.

The hall is generally available to hire between 9am and 9:30pm, seven days a week. 

​

For children's parties, we have weekend slots available on Saturday mornings up to 1:30pm, and Sundays from 12:30pm, subject to availability. 

​

On Saturday afternoons and evenings the hall is typically available from 3:30pm. The latest finish we currently offer is 9:30pm.

Please note that hirers must take all waste generated from their event home with them. No rubbish can be left anywhere on site. The end time for your booking is

The Parish Office can deal with phone enquiries between 9:30am and 12:30pm Monday to Thursday. Please press 1 to get through to the office, or 2 to leave a message about the hall and someone will get back to you. The Parish Office is closed on Fridays.
